Church View Launch Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of this competition is Kebbell Development Limited, Kebbell House, 21 London End, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, HP9 2HN (“Kebbell Homes”).
2. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Kebbell Homes, their immediate families, associated companies, agents and anyone professionally connected with the competition.
3. No purchase is necessary. Internet access and an active Instagram account are required to enter.
4. The competition opens when the promotional post is published on the official Kebbell Homes Instagram account and closes at midnight on Tuesday 6th October 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be included.
5. This competition is running exclusively on Instagram. Entries made through Facebook or any other social media platform will not be accepted.
6. To enter, participants must complete all of the following before the closing time:
   • Follow the official Kebbell Homes Instagram account;
   • Like the competition post;
   • Tag one friend in the comments; and
   • Share the competition post.
7. Entrants sharing the post to their Instagram Story should tag Kebbell Homes so that the entry can be verified. Entrants with private accounts may be asked to provide a screenshot confirming that the post was shared.
8. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple comments, tags or shares will not result in additional entries.
9. One winner will receive a £500 Rudding Park gift voucher. The voucher is subject to Rudding Park’s own terms and conditions, including any applicable validity or redemption restrictions.
10. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
11. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received and the draw will take place on Wednesday 7th October 2026.
12. The winner will be contacted by direct message from the official Kebbell Homes Instagram account. Once the winner’s identity and eligibility have been confirmed, the voucher will be delivered by email.
13. The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, cannot provide the information required to receive the prize or is found to be ineligible, Kebbell Homes reserves the right to select another winner at random.
14. Entrants should remain vigilant against fraudulent or impersonation accounts. Kebbell Homes will never request payment or bank details in connection with this competition.
15. Kebbell Homes reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise fail to comply with these terms and conditions.
16. Kebbell Homes reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
17. Personal information supplied in connection with the competition will be used solely to administer the competition and deliver the prize, in accordance with the Kebbell Homes Privacy Policy.
18. By entering the competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility arising in connection with the competition.
20. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
