Privacy Policy

The personal details you provide will be used only by Kebbell Homes or our advisors in order to progress your purchase of your new Kebbell home. We will use your details to contact you, your selling agent, solicitor and financial advisor to ensure the sale progresses smoothly. After you have moved in your details will be used by Kebbell Homes or our advisors and subcontractors for any matters pertaining to the after-sales procedures. Where applicable your contact details may be shared with the relevant management company and/​or managing agent. 

Your details will be kept at least until the completion of the purchase of your new home and the duration of the warranty period. Except for our advisors (for example solicitor, agent, auditor) your details will not be shared or sold to any other parties.

You have the right to access your personal data by writing to us, to have your personal data amended if it is inaccurate or incomplete, to have your personal data deleted if there is no legitimate reason for its continued storage and processing, to object to your personal data being processed and restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
