This recognition reflects our commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction, based on feedback from homeowners via the National New Homes Survey conducted by the National House-Building Council (NHBC).
While we didn’t reach the 20 responses required in 2024 under the scheme’s rules, the feedback we did receive was overwhelmingly positive. In fact, we achieved the equivalent of a 5 Star rating for the key question:
“Would you recommend your builder to a friend?”
