As a result, we’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our team.
Working alongside and supporting our existing Sales Advisor, you’ll play an important role in welcoming prospective purchasers to Cornelian Fields, showcasing our homes and providing the high level of personal service we pride ourselves on at Kebbell Homes.
The role:
✅ Part-time – approximately 2–3 days per week
✅ Sunday and Monday working is essential
✅ Based at Cornelian Fields, Scarborough
✅ Welcoming and assisting prospective purchasers
✅ Conducting viewings of our Show Home and available properties
✅ Responding to sales enquiries and following up with prospective buyers
✅ Supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation
✅ Working closely with our existing Sales Advisor and wider Kebbell Homes team
We’re looking for someone who is confident, personable and organised, with a genuine passion for property and delivering excellent customer service. Previous experience in new homes, estate agency or property sales would be advantageous, although we’d also love to hear from candidates with a strong sales or customer service background.
