Role: Site Sales Adviser
Location: Northern Region
Employer: Kebbell Homes
Work Type: Full time, with weekend and lone working required
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer-Focused Sales: Engage with prospective buyers, answer questions and guide them through the sales process.
- Property Knowledge: Present the features and benefits of buying a new Kebbell home.
- Independent Working: Ability to work alone on-site and manage various sales related tasks.
- Weekend Availability: Be available to work on weekends - our sites are open Thursday – Monday 10am – 5pm.
- Team Support: Work closely with the Kebbell Homes team to ensure high quality service and meet sales targets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Passion for Property: Genuine interest in new homes and property sales.
- Sales Experience (Preferred but Not Required): Previous experience in residential sales is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
- Excellent Customer Service: Ability to provide an exceptional experience for prospective buyers.
- Well-Presented: Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Flexible Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
