Kebbell Homes Festive Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Kebbell Homes Festive Giveaway (“Promotion”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Promoter
The promoter is Kebbell Homes (“Promoter”). The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees, contractors, representatives or agents of the Promoter, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion, are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 00:01 (GMT) on 3 December 2025 and closes at 23:59 (GMT) on 17 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, individuals must, during the Promotion Period:
a) Follow the official Kebbell Homes Instagram account;
b) Like the Promotion post;
c) Share the Promotion post;
d) Tag at least one Instagram user in the comments.
4.2 Each unique tag constitutes one entry. Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must tag a different Instagram account. Repeated tags of the same account will not constitute additional entries.
4.3 Entries that do not comply with these Terms, or that are incomplete, illegible, automated, or otherwise invalid, may be disqualified at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
5. Prize
5.1 One winner will receive a £250 John Lewis e-voucher (“Prize”).
5.2 The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary value.
5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value in circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
6.2 The winner will be announced on 18 December 2025 on the Promoter’s Instagram account.
6.3 The Promoter will contact the winner via Instagram Direct Message. The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification and provide the personal information required to deliver the Prize.
6.4 If the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Prize Fulfilment
The Prize will be delivered to the winner by email following receipt of the necessary personal information.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, corrupted, or incomplete entries, or for any technical failures or disruptions beyond its reasonable control.
8.2 Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the Prize.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and Prize fulfilment.
9.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
10. General
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10.2 The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.3 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
