As we look back on 2025, we’re incredibly proud of what our teams, partners and communities have achieved together.
• 76 new homes completed, with keys handed over and new beginnings created
• Three new sites started in Sunningdale, Linton and East Meon
• Three developments completed: Cholbury Place, Primo and Meadow Court
• Further phases launched at Cornelian and Alderbrook
• Five awards entered - five awards won
• 5-star customer service rating from the HBF
• 50 dedicated team members, all proud to be part of the Kebbell family

Beyond the business milestones, 2025 was also a year of celebration for the Kebbell family, with two milestone birthdays and a very special new arrival, now spanning four generations.
