Kebbell Homes has enjoyed working with land agent Adam Hesse of Aston Mead for 15 years so it was without any hesitation the company sponsored his most recent endeavours to fulfil a long held ambition to tick off the big 6 marathons with just New York and Boston left. Adam was due to do New York last year but had a bike fall which resulted in 10 hours of complex neck/spine fusion surgery. Six months of intensive recovery followed with hand paralysis and vocal cord damage to overcome. And overcome he did. Now back to running Adam is going big - raising funds for his partner charity, Shooting Star Children’s Hospice, by running 3 in 3….The Great South Run, Royal Parks Run and the long fought-for and highly anticipated New York Marathon, all within 3 weeks, this autumn.
Adam comments ‘If you are blessed to have healthy children and/or can’t think of anything worse than running one marathon let alone 3, then please dig deep!’
